Al-Amal Microfinance Bank wins two international awards for the project to support youth entrepreneurship and financial inclusion implemented by Al-Amal Microfinance Bank with funding from the European Union and Silatech

Al-Amal Microfinance Bank (AMB) continues winning international awards, as it began the award-winning journey for the year 2022 with the two international awards:-

 Global Business Outlook 2022 awards as the best SME Finance Company .

 The Banker’s Innovation in Digital Banking Award 2022 under the category of Financial Wellness.

These awards come as an appreciation of the bank’s accomplishments in implementing Project to Support Youth Entrepreneurship & Financial Inclusion (For the period 2019 -2021), funded by EU and Silatech, through which more than 10,000 financial grants were distributed to young entrepreneurs to establish their own new businesses and to enable them to recover the activities of their existing businesses impacted by war in Yemen, in addition to providing training for more than 5,000 young entrepreneurs on concepts of starting and managing SMEs for the purpose of enhancing their الرئيسيةistrative capabilities in Feasibility Study and SMEs Management.

AMB has won these awards as a result of the operational flexibility that AMB has as well as its high ability to adapt to all economic variables that resulted from the war and caused the weak ability of owners of SMEs to access financing services due to high risks and weak financial capabilities of these projects, as the project was one of the interventions implemented by the Bank to support the continuity and sustainability of these projects.
