Service Definition

The Social Cash Transfer Service is a service for the disbursement of cash assistance provided by donors to beneficiaries of conditional or unconditional cash transfer projects, through the Bank's branches or its network of agents spread throughout Yemen. Cash assistance is also delivered to remote areas or to beneficiaries with special cases, such as the elderly, sick or disabled, through mobile teams using advanced technologies compatible with the disbursement methodology and in accordance with the standards of humanitarian work in emergencies.

Payment Methods 

Fixed Payment Sites : Distributing cash assistance to beneficiaries in urban areas using AMB's money transfer system through the bank’s network of authorized agents

Mobile Payment Teams: Distributing cash assistance to beneficiaries in remote areas or to beneficiaries’ homes using AMB’s money transfer application via mobile payment teams

Electronic Transfers: Depositing cash assistance into the beneficiaries’ bank or electronic accounts ( Mobile Money App ) , and they can withdraw the funds through the bank’s network of branches and authorized agent
