Mr. Ahmed Abdulaziz Ba’issa was born in Aden, Yemen. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a certificate in IT Management from Southern New Hampshire University, USA.

Mr. Ba’issa has extensive experience in development and microfinance, having held various leadership positions in this field, including:
• Member of the Governance Committee at Al-Amal Microfinance Bank
• Deputy Head of the Small and Micro Enterprise Development Unit
• Project Manager at the Social Fund for Development

Additionally, Mr. Ba’issa served as Marketing and Relations Manager at Ecosystems for Marketing and Manufacturing in Sana’a.
