Mr. Abdulwahab Abdulrahman Al-Hakeem was born in Sana’a, Yemen, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Sana’a University.
Mr. Al-Hakeem has extensive experience in the banking sector, spanning over 27 years. He has chaired the Audit Committee at Al-Amal Microfinance Bank. He also held the positions of CEO and Deputy CEO of the Yemen Commercial Bank.
Mr. Al-Hakeem began his career at the Yemen Commercial Bank at its inception in 1993, progressing through various leadership roles. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Yemeni Association of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, he served as a Board Member of the Yemeni Banks Association for 25 years.
Mr. Al-Hakeem has participated in numerous seminars, conferences, and specialized training programs in the banking sector, both locally and internationally.
