Eng. Osama has BSc in Economics from the University of Sindh, Pakistan in 1995 and 1997. Mr. Osama is representing the SFD at Al-Amal Bank as a member of its Boards. He has held a number of posts at the SFD, and to date he has been the Head Unit, Small and Micro Enterprises Unit. Besides, Mr. Al-Shami is the Chairman of Aden Microfinance Foundation and a BOD member at Al Awael Microfinance Company. Mr. Al-Shami has good records of local and international exposure visits, workshops, and training courses as a trainee and a trainer in Microfinance.
