Dr. Waheeb has MSc in Accounting from the Yarmouk University in Jordan. He has been a lecturer in Department of Accounting, University of Sana’a since 1997. Also, he is a Certified Public Accountant and a consultant and a trainer in corporate governance at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Yemeni Business Club. He has participated in reviewing the(Guide of Corporate Governance of Banks in the Republic of Yemen) issued by the Central Bank of Yemen in September 2013. Previously, he worked with many international companies. Including: Procter and Gamble and Deloitte Touché. He currently serves as Managing Partner of Capital for Consultancies and Governance, and financial advisor for several companies.
